For more than a decade, I’ve worked as an OSHA Compliance and Environmental Health & Safety professional, helping organizations build safer workplaces, improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and create environments where people can thrive.

Before that, I spent over five years in luxury hospitality management, serving guests at a Five-Star, Four-Diamond coastal inn along California’s breathtaking coastline while supporting tourism throughout the world-famous Napa Valley region.

Luxury hospitality taught me that exceptional experiences aren’t created by expensive amenities alone.

They’re created through thoughtful details, genuine service, immaculate facilities, and making every guest feel like they matter.
